1. About this service

The Local Enquiry Audit is provided by BAV Tech Solutions. By using this service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The tool analyses the online presence of a local business based on information you provide and publicly available data, and produces a scored report with recommendations. Results are informational only and do not constitute professional marketing, legal, or business advice.

2. Who can use this service

This service is intended for business owners and their authorised representatives based in the United Kingdom. By submitting an audit, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• The business information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You have the authority to submit information about the business in question

3. The free preview and full report

A free preview of your audit score and top issues is provided immediately on submission at no charge.

The full report — including all issues, detailed recommendations, missed enquiry risks, and service suggestions — is available for a one-time payment of £19.00 GBP (inclusive of VAT where applicable).

During our launch period, the first 100 businesses may be eligible to unlock the full report at no charge using a promotional code. BAV Tech Solutions reserves the right to modify or end this offer at any time.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing payment you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Because the full report is delivered digitally and made available immediately upon payment, you agree that your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once the report has been unlocked. If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us at support@bavtechsolutions.com and we will do our best to resolve it.

5. Accuracy of results

The audit is based on a rule-based scoring engine and publicly available online data. It does not involve a manual review of your business and is not guaranteed to be exhaustive or 100% accurate.

Scores and recommendations are intended to highlight areas for improvement and are not a definitive assessment of your business's online performance. BAV Tech Solutions accepts no liability for decisions made based on the audit results.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
• Use the service to audit a business you do not have authority to represent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the tool or its API
• Use automated means to submit multiple audits in an attempt to circumvent rate limits

7. Intellectual property

The audit report generated for you is for your personal business use. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the report content without our written permission.

The Local Enquiry Audit tool, its design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of BAV Tech Solutions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BAV Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of data.

Our total liability to you in connection with this service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the full report (or £0 if no payment was made).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
